Quality 1 Energy Systems Inc. is hiring HVAC Technicians to join our Field Operations team in Dallas, TX. You'll be responsible for residential and commercial service, maintenance, and diagnostics—solving real problems for real customers with professionalism and pride.

Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
- Replace parts and components as needed
- Accurately troubleshoot systems and explain findings to customers
- Provide clear, professional recommendations and repair solutions
- Keep work areas and company vehicles clean and safe
- Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain positive client relationships
- 5+ years of residential and/or commercial HVAC experience required
- Strong diagnostics and system troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
- NATE Certification preferred
- Valid Apprentice or Journeyman license required
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working on active construction sites
- High school diploma or GED
- Background check and drug screening will be conducted per applicable laws

Full‑Time – Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required
