Concrete Finisher

Urban Infra construction is looking for a Concrete Finisher to join our Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Place, level, and finish concrete using hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment
• Perform concrete finishing techniques including screeding, bull floating, edging, troweling, and broom finishing
• Set forms, install rebar and embeds as required
• Read and work from blueprints, elevations, and grade stakes
• Monitor concrete curing and apply curing compounds or coverings
• Repair surface defects, patch voids, and perform finish corrections
• Work with pump operators, laborers, and foremen to coordinate pours
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all OSHA and company safety standards

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a concrete finisher in heavy civil construction
• Strong knowledge of concrete mixes, placement methods, and finishing techniques
• Ability to work long hours during pours, including nights or weekends when required
• Familiarity with concrete tools and equipment
