We are currently hiring dedicated and motivated Maintenance Technicians for several Class A luxury communities in Dallas
, Texas
. We also have one relocation opportunity to our newest development in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Omaha, NE
.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in our team and will be recognized and rewarded for your hard work.
Responsibilities- Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliance in a timely manner
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Ability to identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately
- Delivers various communications to residents as needed
- Provide the best quality customer service to our residents
- Must be able to work on-call
- HVAC certified preferred - training opportunities available
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors

QualificationsDemonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Be dependable/reliable and follow through on commitments, producing timely work to required- or higher-standards, and pitching in to get the job completed. Be attentive to detail and monitoring adherence to company standards. HVAC preferred. 3-5 yrs experience in electrical, plumbing, painting and maintenance.
Must be available for rotating on-call hours.
