Job descriptionCaffeinated Coffee Repairs is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Preventive Maintenance Technician
. No prior technical experience is required—just a passion for coffee and a willingness to learn! Experience as a barista or in appliance repair is a plus but not necessary. We’ll train you to keep our clients’ equipment running at peak performance.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on commercial espresso machines, brewers, grinders, and water filtration systems.
- Conduct routine inspections, cleanings, calibrations, and minor part replacements to prevent breakdowns.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing professional, dependable service.
- Ensure all maintenance records and service documentation are completed accurately.
- Identify and report potential equipment issues before they lead to major repairs.
- Operate independently within your assigned territory, typically during the 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- A genuine interest in coffee—you’ll be around a lot of it!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
- Comfortable working independently and using a smartphone for scheduling and inventory tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Customer-first attitude and commitment to reliability.
