Service Technician

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks. Daily tasks include performing routine maintenance checks, troubleshooting technical issues, providing on-site field services, and ensuring all vehicles are in optimal working condition. Interaction with clients to deliver excellent customer service is an integral part of the role.

• Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair, including experience with light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing vehicle issues accurately
• Experience in Field Service operations, with the ability to work efficiently on-site
• Excellent Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and meet their needs
• High level of reliability, time management, and organizational skills
• Possession of relevant certifications or training in automotive repair is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying environments
