Digital Systems Installation (DSI) is a nationally recognized integrator specializing in access control, video surveillance, and enterprise‑grade security systems. While our headquarters is in Ogden, UT, our teams support customers across the U.S., and we are expanding aggressively in the Dallas market to meet project demand. We currently have more than a dozen projects in Dallas, offering consistent work in a fast‑growing region.
WhatYou’ll Do Team Leadership & Training
- Lead by example, coach, and support installation crews.
- Assign daily tasks, set goals, and ensure quality workmanship.
- Train junior technicians in proper installation methods.
- Perform hands‑on tasks: running cable, installing conduit, building networks, programming devices
- Maintain project progress, track hours, and report updates to project management.
- Ensure installations meet or exceed DSI quality standards.
- Serve as the onsite point of contact, communicating timelines and setting expectations.
- Represent DSI with professionalism throughout the project lifecycle
- Enforce all safety protocols; conduct toolbox talks and report issues.
- Maintain compliance with site requirements and DSI safety standards.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year hands‑on low‑voltage installation experience (cable, fiber, conduit)
- Ability to lead and mentor technicians.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Word, Excel)
- Must pass 7‑panel drug screen (includes THC).
- Access control platforms:
Brevo, Salto, Pro Watch, Honeywell, Avigilon - Basic networking and device programming.
- Experience supervising multi‑day security installations.
- Growing market with steady project volume.

Physical Requirements Role
This role requires working in a wide variety of environments, including construction sites, manufacturing plants, apartments, and outdoor settings in all weather conditions. You must be comfortable with:
- Working at heights and using ladders, scissor lifts, and boom lifts
- Walking 5–10 miles per day
- Lifting and carrying 75–100 lbs
- Standing for long periods and operating heavy equipment
- Travel

- Base Pay: $25–$29/hr BOE (+hourly multiplier).
- Travel Pay:
Paid for 12 hours/day while traveling (for 10 hours worked). - Per Diem: $50/day.
- Travel Logistics:
Flights and lodging booked by DSI; supervisors keep airline & hotel points.
