Responsibilities- Provide industrial refrigeration services utilizing cutting-edge technology and maintain a strong focus on safety, integrity, and excellence.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver top-notch industrial refrigeration services for customers.
- Travel up to 90% locally using a company vehicle, with occasional material pickups at the service branch.
- Use tablet-based software to complete service tasks and submit reports.
- Operate necessary machinery such as lull, scissor lift, and forklift when required.
- Maintain knowledge of ammonia and synthetic refrigeration systems and participate in safety training as needed (OSHA 10-hour, ammonia awareness, HAZWOPER).
- High School Diploma, plus a technical/trade school certificate in refrigeration is essential.
- Familiarity with RETA certification modules and advanced OEM training for equipment service.
- Must possess an EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting industrial ammonia and synthetic refrigeration systems.
- Strong customer service skills and eagerness to expand your expertise in the refrigeration service sector.
- Certifications to operate machinery such as lull, scissor lift, and forklift.
- Safety training completed, or willingness to obtain OSHA 10-hour certification, ammonia awareness, and HAZWOPER training.
