Field Technician – Manager in Training; MIT

Overview

We’re hiring a technician who wants to grow into a Field Manager / Working Foreman role.

This is not a helper job and not instant management.

This is a paid proving ground for someone who can execute and lead.

• Window installation (non-structural)
• Drywall and Paint
• Renovation sequencing & jobsite flow

• Start as a working technician to prove proficiency and leadership
• 90 day Manager-in-Training phase
• Promotion to Field Lead based on performance

• Company vehicle provided
• Eligibility for discretionary, bi-annual bonuses

• Bonuses are discretionary with bi-annual consideration
• Typical annual bonus range: $1,000–$2,000
