Join a growing team as an Air Duct Cleaning Technician Helper. This role focuses on hands‑on support for residential air duct cleaning and related services. The helper works alongside lead technicians to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined and eager to learn a skilled trade in a team environment.

• Assist lead technicians with residential air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, chimney services, and insulation work
• Set up, operate, and break down equipment according to company SOPs
• Help with attic, crawlspace, and ladder-based work as required
• Maintain clean and organized job sites before, during, and after service
• Perform basic equipment checks and assist with daily vehicle organization
• Support job documentation, including photos and service notes as directed
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Prior experience in HVAC, air duct cleaning, insulation, or construction is helpful but not required
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to follow direction from lead technicians
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Physically able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders
• Available for full-time work, including Saturdays
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
