The Role

Our Maintenance Technicians are hands‑on professionals who keep our communities running day in and day out.

You will handle repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergencies while providing residents with responsive, dependable service they can trust. This role is essential to creating a well‑maintained, welcoming place to live.

What You'll Do
  • Complete work orders, make‑readies, and preventive maintenance efficiently and with pride.
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues.
  • Prepare apartments for move‑ins by ensuring all systems, finishes, and safety standards are met.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and well‑functioning common areas and building systems.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with residents while resolving service requests.
  • Participate in an on‑call rotation with team support when urgent issues arise.
What We're Looking For
  • Hands‑on maintenance experience across multiple trades; HVAC or EPA certification preferred.
  • Ability to diagnose issues, prioritize repairs, and complete work correctly the first time.
  • Dependable, safety‑minded professional who takes ownership of their work.
  • Positive, service‑oriented mindset when supporting residents and teammates.
  • Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and contribute to a well‑run community.
