This role is ideal for an experienced foreman who has worked on 12-story buildings or higher-ideally 20+ stories-and thrives in a fast-paced, technology-enabled, team-driven environment.

This company is known for its innovative approach, strong field support, and investment in cutting-edge tools, including fully equipped iPads, smartphones, and training programs developed at the corporate learning center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold and enforce safety standards, quality expectations, and compliance with NEC and local codes
  • Utilize company-issued digital tools (iPad, smartphone, job-site apps) for reporting, documentation, and communication
  • Mentor, supervise, and motivate crews to achieve performance and teaching objectives
  • Partner with project leadership and other trades to maintain seamless communication and high customer satisfaction
  • Ensure installations meet all technical, code, and project specifications
Required Background
  • Experience in vertical construction:
Must have experience on 12-story-or-higher buildings; 20+ stories strongly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of electrical field leadership, managing multimillion-dollar scopes
  • Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC, local electrical codes, and job-site safety best practices
  • OSHA 30 preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate field activities, and communicate effectively
  • Tech-forward mindset-comfortable using mobile apps, digital plans, and productivity tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ideal Candidate

You are a forward-thinking electrical leader who values efficiency, innovation, and accountability. You want a long-term home with a company that invests in its people, develops future leaders, and provides a true career path-not just a job.

You excel in:
  • High-rise or large commercial construction
  • Crew supervision and mentorship
  • Planning, scheduling, and execution under tight timelines
  • Bringing a professional, solutions-driven approach to the job site
Company Culture
