- Competitive Pay – $35–$40/hr (based on experience) + weekly pay

- Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC refrigeration systems: walk‑in coolers/freezers, reach‑ins, rack systems, ice machines, as well as RTUs, split systems, and chillers.
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running at peak efficiency.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues quickly and effectively.
- Follow all safety protocols and refrigerant handling guidelines.
- Communicate clearly with customers and recommend needed repairs or upgrades.
- Share your expertise to mentor junior technicians.
- 3–6+ years of hands‑on commercial refrigeration & HVAC service experience.
- Previous commercial kitchen equipment repair experience is a plus.
- Proven skill with diagnostics, repairs, and system performance optimization.
- EPA Type II certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer‑focused approach.
