• Competitive Pay – $35–$40/hr (based on experience) + weekly pay

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC refrigeration systems: walk‑in coolers/freezers, reach‑ins, rack systems, ice machines, as well as RTUs, split systems, and chillers.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running at peak efficiency.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues quickly and effectively.
• Follow all safety protocols and refrigerant handling guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with customers and recommend needed repairs or upgrades.
• Share your expertise to mentor junior technicians.

• 3–6+ years of hands‑on commercial refrigeration & HVAC service experience.
• Previous commercial kitchen equipment repair experience is a plus.
• Proven skill with diagnostics, repairs, and system performance optimization.
• EPA Type II certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer‑focused approach.
