Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Area, TX
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience + commissions and bonuses
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, treating, and preventing pest issues for both residential and commercial properties. ResponsibilitiesInspect properties for signs of pest infestations and provide appropriate treatments.
Apply pest control products according to safety guidelines and customer needs.
Educate customers on pest prevention and ongoing maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding pest control products and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used.
Respond to service calls and provide timely solutions to customer concerns.
Drive company vehicle to job sites within the DFW area.
Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
Texas Pest Control License (or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire).
Experience in pest control or related field preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, hardworking, and safety‑conscious.
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience.
Additional compensation through performance‑based commissions, bonuses, and tips.
