FM is looking for a skilled general maintenance technician in Dallas. You’ll handle minor repairs, facility upkeep, and preventive maintenance across commercial properties.
- Drywall patching, painting, minor carpentry
- Fixture replacements (toilets, sinks, lights)
- Door and lock repairs
- Troubleshooting general facility issues
- 1+ year in facility or handyman roles
- Personal truck to access job sites
- Strong attention to detail
- Tools preferred (we can help supply if needed)
