This is a full‑time, on‑site Service Technician role located in Dallas, TX. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on commercial equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing field service at client locations. Additional responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service and collaborating with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

• Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair with a focus on commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food‑service equipment
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues with various types of commercial equipment
• Experience in Field Service operations, including on‑site equipment servicing
• Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain positive relationships with clients
• Relevant certifications or training in HVAC, refrigeration, or related fields are a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and working in various environments
• Technical or vocational education is highly desirable
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
