• Tends machines that pump concrete, grout, cement, etc. through spray guns for application
• Mixes cement, sand, and water to produce concrete, grout, or slurry
• Builds wooden forms, clamps forms around area to be repaired, and positions forms for pouring
• Places, consolidates, and protects concrete or masonry structures; wets surface to prepare for bonding
• Fills holes and cracks with grout or slurry; spreads, levels, and smoothes concrete
• Cleans, coats, seals, waterproofs or restores concrete surfaces
• Chips, scrapes, grinds, sands, or polishes spots, ridges, and rough projections
• Installs anchor bolts, steel plates, doorsills, and other fixtures in freshly poured concrete
• Molds expansion joints and edges, using edging tools, jointers, and straightedge
• Erects and disassembles scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic, barricades, ramps, and other temporary structures
• Performs routine maintenance and cleaning to vehicles and equipment
• Accounts for all tools and light equipment; cleans tools and stores them in secure place
• Identifies, packs, and transports hazardous materials; operates, reads, and maintains air monitoring devices
• Reads and interprets plans, instructions, and specifications to determine work activities
• Loads, unloads, and identifies building materials, machinery and tools; distributes them to appropriate locations
• Controls traffic passing near, in, and around work zones; measures, marks and records openings and distances

• Attends daily and weekly safety Tool Box meetings and participates in Jobsite Safety Analyses (JSA)
• Performs work in strict compliance with jobsite/shop requirements and the Field Guide to Better Safety
• Performs all work in compliance with company’s safety policies as well as industry standards
• Assists team in ensuring jobsite/shop is maintained in a safe manner
• Promotes 24/7 Safety Culture and exhibits a Safety 24/7 attitude in all situations
• Reports immediately, accurately and in full detail all incidents
