Maintenance Technician

Watermill Express is the national leader in refill kiosks that provide affordable, sustainable, safe drinking water and ice in a convenient drive‑up format.

The Maintenance Representative is experienced in the proper maintenance, repair, and support for the refill station structure, equipment, and surrounding property. Tasks include, but are not limited to, general cleaning initiatives, plumbing work, painting, basic mechanical/electrical repairs and troubleshooting, as well as some basic refrigeration system maintenance.

This position works independently and you must take pride in your work.

• Company Vehicle. Drive home daily
• Starting hourly rate is $16-$18 DOE

• Follow safety guidelines and act in a safe manner.
• Demonstrate and support the company’s Code of Conduct.
• Paint refill stations (walls, pedestals, doors, protective posts, roofs).
• Pressure wash refill stations.
• Maintain landscape at refill stations.
• Maintain and repair parking lot and refill stations.
• Replace signage, decals, and banners as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of refill stations per company standards.
• Support and assist with construction / development efforts as needed.
• Repair water‑only and water‑ice units as needed.
• Properly maintain and care for company vehicle, inventory and equipment.
• Drive company vehicle to company locations/units throughout assigned area.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Clean motor vehicle record; valid, current driver’s license.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Capable of climbing ladders, stooping, walking, standing, and bending.
• Ability to work safely in limited space inside water‑only and water‑ice units.
• Ability to work in heat.
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to work overtime including some weekend or evening work.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Electrical, maintenance, repair, or similar education or equivalent experience preferred.
