Pay: starting minimum at $25/hr (based on demonstrated experience)

As an Audio/Video Lead Installation Technician, you will be responsible for physically building, installing, configuring, and delivering high-end, integrated home entertainment and smart-home systems, tailored to each client’s space and preferences.

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Texas DL required
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to use hand tools such as hammer, drills, electric screw drivers, etc.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience (minimum 3-5 yrs)
• Structured pre-wire for whole home audio/video distribution, satellite, keypad/touch panels, camera systems (CCTV) in new and retro fit construction
• Setup and troubleshoot networks (Araknis, EERO, Access Networks, Ubiquity)
• Design and dress A/V racks
• Installation, mounting, and calibration of projectors, screens, TV lifts
• In-ceiling/in-wall speaker installation
• Integration of smart home systems with Creston Home, URC, Lutron lighting/shades,/drapery, smart film, AVA remotes, somfy motors
• Experience with security systems or Security license a PLUS
• Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs (or more with assistance)
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes and troubleshoot issues
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated
• Availability to work Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm (some Saturdays may be required)
