HVAC Service Technician

Rescue Air and Plumbing is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. If you're ready to help homeowners, earn top dollar, and grow into a high-performing equipment-selling technician, this is your opportunity.

• $2,000 paid in your first paycheck (bonus amount and eligibility may vary based on experience)
• $1,000 paid after Labor Day (timing and eligibility may vary based on hire date and experience)

• Perform residential HVAC diagnostics, service, and repairs
• Communicate findings and educate homeowners on service and replacement options
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
• Provide a 5-star customer experience on every job
• Document work thoroughly using Service Titan
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service technician experience
• EPA Certification required
• Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and servicing HVAC systems
• Familiarity with Service Titan or similar field service software
• Must own required hand tools for service work
• Strong communicator who values helping customers
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Motivated to grow into a performance-based selling technician role
