We’re hiring a Full-Time HVAC Service Technician based in Irving, TX. In this role, you’ll become an expert on Ephoca equipment — installing, commissioning, maintaining, repairing, and training others on our products. The position includes part-time travel (40–60%) to customer sites and local warehouse unit repair along with taking technical support calls from onsite technicians.

• Service, maintain, and repair Ephoca-manufactured HVAC equipment exclusively.
• Perform weekly installation trainings.
• Help troubleshoot and repair units over the phone.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems specific to Ephoca products.
• Document work performed, service findings, and recommended actions.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide technical expertise.
• Support warranty and post-installation service needs.
• Participate in occasional on-call and after-hours support.

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred (experience with OEM/manufacturer-specific systems a plus).
• EPA 608 Certification (Required). Additional certifications are beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and mechanical schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs, work at heights, and in varying environmental conditions.
• Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills.

• Employment: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Travel: Approximately 40–60% of the role; most trips last 2–4 days.
• Coverage: Mix of local DFW service and regional/national travel as needed.
• Per Diem/Vehicle: Per diem for travel days; flights/rentals for longer trips.
• Compensation: $35–$55/hr DOE + overtime + paid travel time.
