Provide customer service to employees, vendors and/or visitors by following Allied Universal and site-specific security-related procedures, policies and/or post orders;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, lobbies, parking lots and/or perimeter routes to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access control points and alarms, assist with visitor check-in and badge/credential verification, and/or help manage deliveries according to site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with emergency response activities and notifications as directed;
Document patrols, incidents, hazards and/or maintenance issues in written reports and electronic logs, and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
