Security Officer - Control Room Dispatch

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to building tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor alarms, CCTV, access control events, and communications systems; dispatch officers and/or appropriate responders to incidents, service requests, and critical situations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing clear updates to site leadership and/or property management;
Document security-related activity by completing logs, incident reports, and shift pass-downs; notify management of unusual conditions and/or repeated concerns;
Coordinate regular and random patrol coverage around the property and perimeter, and communicate post orders and special instructions to on-duty staff
