Security Guard - Flex Mobile Driver Patrol in Dallas, TX
. You will serve and safeguard clients in various industries, including Retail/Malls. As a Flex Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license; you will respond quickly to concerns, support store teams and guests with clear communication, and document observations with integrity while working as part of a reliable, people-first team.

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and/or associates by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, assist with de-escalation, and notify site leadership and/or law enforcement as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail floors, entrances, receiving areas, parking lots, and perimeter; work environments may vary by location.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and policy violations, deter theft and disruptive behavior, and complete detailed reports per post orders.
• Assist with access control and traffic flow, including observing entry points, checking restricted areas, and supporting opening and closing procedures per site guidelines.

• 1+ years of security experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• At least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as a condition of employment in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Qualified applications with criminal histories will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screening as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
