DSI is growing again! We are hiring a Full‑Time Flex Security Officer for the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Join a diverse and inclusive team focused on excellent customer service and driven by employee assets.

Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties to our clients. Promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards. Understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements and specific post instructions. Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI’s safety manual. Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public professionally.

Customer service orientation and basic to intermediate computer skills. Effective written and oral communication skills. Ability to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all‑weather elements. At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid Driver’s License and Texas Security License are required. Reliable means of transportation and communication. Pass all required background and drug screenings.
