Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Supervisor located in Greater Houston. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily security operations, manage and coach team members, ensure compliance with TSA and company standards, and report to management on operational performance. Responsibilities include scheduling, monitoring employee performance, conducting training sessions, and addressing security concerns to ensure the safety and efficiency of airport or related environments.
Working closely with clients and staff, the Operations Supervisor will ensure a high standard of customer service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of security protocols, TSA compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Experience in operations and schedule management
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service capabilities
- Familiarity with access control, cargo screening, aircraft security, and inspections
- Proficiency in report writing and administrative tasks
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, secure environment in Greater Houston
- Prior experience in aviation security or related industries is highly desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in security management is an asset
