Customer contacted us to repair two cameras.

Customer contacted us to repair two Vitek Dome cameras. When we arrived, there was no power to the existing camera. We traced the wiring and discovered that the power source at the reception desk was cut off somewhere along the line, which resulted in no power reaching the camera. We found an alternative power supply in a closet near the camera;

it had been unplugged. We plugged in the transformer and restored power to the camera location. After that, we installed the new camera and focused it.
