Concierge; Evenings

Overview

The Concierge (Evenings) role at Harwood International requires a full-time schedule between 3pm and 11pm. Each member of the Concierge team embodies Harwood culture and values, promoting professionalism, personalized assistance, and safety to our owners, residents, and their guests in the buildings we manage.

• Ensures safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life-safety systems, building alarms, and investigating any unusual activity.
• Greets residents and provides general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
• Provides appropriate assistance as needed to clients, their employees, guests, and visitors in an expedient and professional manner.
• Prepare logs and reports as required.
• Maintain constant surveillance of assigned areas, providing maximum visibility.
• Complete any Incident Reports, Daily Activity Reports, or other written documents as requested by the client.
• Enforce rules and policies of the property.
• Use proper telephone skills.
• Ensure concerns are documented and reported appropriately.
• Set the example for uniform standards, including dressed in approved attire and appearance guidelines.

Additional Eligibility

Qualifications:

Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn new applications independently. Able to stand for long periods of time and can lift items up to 25 pounds.

• Experience working in a Concierge or Security type role
• Veterans and Law Enforcement background
