We are seeking a highly motivated entry level Environmental Scientist to join our Corrective Action team in our North Texas office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply their educational background to real‑world situations while also learning the business skills needed for a successful consulting career. The candidate will interact with a multi‑disciplinary team of Environmental Professionals and will be involved in a variety of Environmental Remediation projects.

- Assist in the preparation of Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
- Perform site visits and inspections to identify potential environmental concerns.
- Manage the installation and sampling of soil borings, temporary monitor wells, and permanent monitor wells.
- Prepare detailed and comprehensive Phase II ESA reports, including findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Author technical reports in accordance with ASTM, TCEQ and RRC Guidelines.
- Manage and interpret laboratory analytical data.
- Ensure all assessments are completed within project timelines and budget constraints.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices for environmental site assessments.
- Manage aspects of client accounts and approve subcontractor invoices.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to support project objectives.
- Perform other project duties, as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site assessments.
- Experience with environmental sampling and analysis.
- Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
- Knowledge of Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and remediation processes.
