Job Purpose

The Inside Sales Representative excels in a virtual work environment, demonstrating a clinical mind for the hematology/oncology market. This roles plays a critical role in developing strategic account relationships to influence thought leaders and leveraging business acumen to effectively deploy resources and tools to effectively partner with accounts and move them along the adoption journey. This position also involves close collaboration with field-based matrix teams.

Critically, you have the ability to deploy into the field anywhere in the US for an extended time, including up to 3 months for vacancy coverage.

The ideal candidate could be located in one of the following cities:

  • Houston, TX
  • Phoenix, AZ
  • Las Vegas, NV
Job Responsibilities
  • Utilization of Pharmacosmos selling process
  • Implementation of marketing strategy and utilization of approved sales materials with organized and well-prepared materials for each engagement.
  • Exercise sound judgement, demonstrate self-awareness and receptive to coaching
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of disease state, product portfolio, and accounts to maximize business opportunities
  • Exhibit strong business acumen to demonstrate the ability to acquire and analyse divergent information/data and recognize trends, identify information acquired to make informed decisions and ask the right questions
  • Systematically evaluate business opportunities and target those with the greatest potential for producing positive business results, implement a structured engagement approach to maximize reach to customers and increase productivity
  • Collaborate effectively with internal partners including Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Field Medical Affairs
  • Proactively seek out ways to improve performance, and work with manager to develop a career plan.
  • Display a high level of emotional intelligence to move business forward with both internal and external stakeholders
