Regional Account Executive - Facilities Maintenance

Metro Seek has been engaged on several searches for key clients seeking top-notch Regional Account Executives with direct experience selling services into multifamily properties
.

The Regional Account Executive will be responsible for developing new business by building relationships with decision makers at multifamily owners, operators, and property management groups
.

• Develop lead lists and leverage current relationships to contact decision makers
• Prospect and build relationships with multifamily property owners and managers
• Assess and qualify opportunities
• Identify client pain points and present service solutions
• Maintain CRM and manage sales pipeline
• Conduct presentations and follow-up meetings
• Negotiate service agreements and close new business

• 2+ years of experience selling services to multifamily properties
• Experience selling services such as landscaping, HVAC maintenance, janitorial services, building maintenance, pest control, roofing, parking lot maintenance, or similar facility services
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven and organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Must be based in the DFW area (office-based role)
