Position Overview
As a Sales Consultant at Kawai Piano Gallery, you will:
- Guide customers through the selection of acoustic and digital pianos based on their musical goals, skill level, and environment
- Educate families, teachers, and institutions on instrument quality, value, and long-term ownership
- Represent a premium global brand with professionalism and integrity
- Build relationships with local teachers, schools, churches, and arts organizations
- Contribute to store profitability by selling at margins that sustain a healthy business
- Assist in store events, recitals, and community outreach
