Role OverviewWe are seeking a Service Sales Account Manager to support the growth of our commercial and industrial electrical service and construction. This role is responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing accounts within the assigned territory. The primary sales focus will be commercial retail and industrial facilities, promoting the full range of electrical services offered by the company.
This is an outside sales position operating in a hybrid structure (field, office, and remote as needed). The role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, rewarding both account development and sustained revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new accounts through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach within the assigned territory
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through consistent engagement and follow‑up
- Promote and present the company’s commercial and industrial electrical service, construction, and equipment solutions
- Identify customer needs and align service offerings to support long‑term partnerships
- Prepare and deliver customer quotes and proposals in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate internally to ensure proposals are accurate and aligned with operational capabilities
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as required
- Experience in commercial sales, industrial sales, equipment sales, or related technical sales environments preferred
- Understanding of electrical construction, service operations, or industrial facilities strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management, organization, prioritization, and follow‑up skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Training will be provided on internal accounting and equipment quoting systems.
Territory- Primary:
Dallas / Fort Worth and surrounding areas - Secondary:
State of Texas
- Regular travel within the assigned territory is required
- Occasional overnight travel may be required for client meetings, trade shows, or sales events
