Sales Consultant

ATM Insights partners exclusively with banks and credit unions to support ATM sales, upgrades, and lifecycle management. We focus on long-term relationships and consultative engagement within the financial services industry.

Position Overview

ATM Insights is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth within the community bank and credit union market. This is a commission-only, independent contractor position with uncapped earning potential. The role is ideal for a self-starter with financial institution experience or existing industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage decision-makers at banks and credit unions
• Develop and maintain relationships with VP/Director-level operations and retail banking leaders
• Initiate conversations around ATM sales, upgrades, and service solutions
• Coordinate with the CEO on pricing, proposals, and closing strategy
• Track pipeline activity and maintain professional follow-up

Compensation

• Commission-only (uncapped)
• 12–15% of gross profit per ATM sale
• Commission on first-year service contract revenue
• Paid upon successful funding/close
• No cap on earnings

This role is performance-based. Income potential is directly tied to sales results.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into financial institutions preferred
• Existing banking or credit union relationships strongly preferred
• Comfortable with longer sales cycles (30–120+ days)
• Professional communication skills suitable for executive-level discussions
