The OpportunityAre you a natural storyteller with a passion for how technology transforms businesses? We are looking for a Business Development Associate who can bridge the gap between complex business problems and elegant software solutions.
We specialize in custom software development, specifically within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. You won’t just be "selling"; you’ll be helping organizations unlock their data through Power BI and streamline their world through Power Automate.
- What You’ll Be Doing: Identify & Ignite:
Research and connect with mid-to-enterprise level leads who are struggling with manual processes or data silos. - Consultative Outreach: Engage prospects through personalized outreach, social selling, and networking. No "script reading" here—we want your personality to shine.
- Demo & Discover: Work alongside our technical team to showcase how Power BI and Automate can solve specific client pain points.
- Relationship Management
:
Build long-term rapport with stakeholders, moving them from initial curiosity to a signed partnership. - Pipeline Strategy: Maintain a clean CRM and provide feedback on market trends to help us sharpen our service offerings.
- Who You Are: The Communicator:
You are articulate, persuasive, and possess that "it" factor that makes people want to listen to your ideas. - The Tech-Optimist: You don’t need to be a coder, but you should be fascinated by data visualization and automation. Previous exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem is a huge plus.
- The Closer: You have 3 to 7 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in SaaS or professional services) and a track record of meeting goals.
- The Self-Starter: You don’t wait for a task list. You see an opportunity, you research the players, and you make the move.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or IT.
ExperienceMid-level (less than 8 years) with a focus on B2B relationship building
KnowledgeHigh-level understanding of Power BI (Data Viz) and Power Automate (Workflow).
TravelOccasional travel for conferences or key client meetings.
