2026 Summer Operations Internship - South Dallas

Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC-Kenworth) is a multi-state network of Kenworth truck dealers providing more than 50,000 customers with a full range of truck services. The Operations Internship Program is a 12‑week version of our Management Trainee Program, giving interns hands‑on experience in the Parts or Service Department through rotations and a summer project.

• Execute business initiatives while gaining hands‑on experience in all facets of the dealership.
• Utilize education, training, and experience to perform assigned job functions under close supervision.
• Develop skills necessary to rotate within the department for a comprehensive understanding of the business.
• Lead a summer‑long process improvement project that impacts the dealership.
• Grow into a potential full‑time Management Trainee role after the internship.

• Starting pay $15–23 per hour.
