Mid-Market Account Executive Role - Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)
WORKING WITH MY EXCLUSIVE CLIENT AND WE ARE LOOKING VERY SPECIFICALLY FOR FOLKS WHO ARE ABLE TO BE IN OFFICE IN HYBRID ROLE THAT IS LOCATED IN EITHER PLANO OR SAN ANGELO, TEXAS CORPORATE OFFICES. This is a great opportunity at a very established, successful company that is still growing (and has tremendous upside and aggressive strategy)
that is in the HCM and Workforce Management vertical. They provide powerful WFM solutions for employee scheduling, time, and attendance. Their platform is used to keep companies in compliance - Commercial customers, SLED (State, Local and EDU). Main verticals you may work on for territory are Govt, K12, Higher Ed, Hospitality, Manufacturing, and Healthcare. It's a quick time to value and ROI based on time theft and staff optimization via AI.
Great co-sell Partnerships too with Oracle & Workday (among others). Successful company trying to move up above $500M in Annual Recurring Revenue, that is looking for experienced, driven AE's and good people to join great team of SOLID LEADERS THERE and incumbent peer team members!
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience selling SaaS and running the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to a completed agreement
- Proven success in pipe to quota 3-5x
- Ability to create and assess sales opportunities via a consultative approach
- Proactive, takes the initiative, detail-oriented and a good listener
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and high-integrity professional
- Exceptional telephone and interpersonal communication skills, reflected by captivating storytelling and personal engagement
- Yearns to be both a mentor and student contributing to the collective success of their team
- Must be able to work well under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
- Outgoing, high-energy personality who enjoys new “adventures” and helping others to solve problems
- A "how can I help?" attitude - Willingness to think outside of the box to help your customers
- The drive and organizational skills to maintain a high volume of daily outbound calls and emails
- Competitive salary based on experience plus uncapped commission

- Comp outlined below but it is: $140k annual OTE ($80K base and $60k variable split)
Responsibilities - As a Mid-Market Account Executive you will:
- As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you'll be responsible for driving and closing business, generating new leads and managing your growing pipeline
- You will be the face of TCP to your customers and prospects, and will act as their main point of contact through the full sales cycle
- Identify as a subject matter expert and advisor to prospective customers, through knowledge of current trends and topics of interest within assigned market segment(s)
- Drive recurring subscription revenue via new customers
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales revenue quota
- Efficiently and effectively conduct needs assessments at various levels and within multiple customer groups (technical, a line of business, executive, etc.)
- Communicate effectively the features and benefits of our niche software products
- Maintain an organized database of accounts, opportunities and associated activities
- Perform customized presentations and product demonstrations
- Accurately manage, track, and precisely forecast revenue opportunities
- Communicate a compelling and concise value proposition for potential customers
- Develop and maintain on-going promotion of company and its capabilities to assigned market segments, resulting in expected level of awareness and interaction
- Focus on prospecting and outbound sales gen
- Prospect by phone, 50-75 calls daily
- 75% self-generated business, 15% marketing/inbound leads, 10% partnerships
- Be responsible for territory planning and management
- Travel could be 20-30% (or less)
