Length: 12 Weeks
Schedule: Full-time, hourly
Required: Must be available for the full program duration and attend/present at Intern Expo Day
The New Residential Sales Intern will support the following initiatives:
Mentorship & Business Development ExposurePartner with Sales leadership to gain insight into residential sales strategy
Develop foundational business acumen within the New Residential segment
Learn pipeline management, customer segmentation, and revenue tracking
Cold-call custom builders to generate qualified leads for the field sales team
Utilize regional Zonda market data to identify targeted builder prospects
Develop and maintain lead tracking documentation
Support follow-up and coordination with the field sales team
Analyze regional builder data and trends
Assist in identifying growth opportunities within key markets
Support reporting on lead conversion and opportunity development
A successful internship will:
Generate qualified leads that support field sales growth
Strengthen data-driven outreach within the New Residential segment
Provide measurable pipeline contribution
Support long-term business development efforts
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making outbound cold calls
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data tracking tools
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Mentorship from Sales leadership
Hands‑on experience in lead generation and pipeline development
Exposure to residential construction market analytics
