• Make outbound calls & email to veterinary practices
• Generate new sales opportunities and book product demos
• Engage with veterinarians, medical directors & practice owners
• Use Hub Spot to manage outreach, follow‑ups & lead qualification
• Support Account Executives by setting high‑quality appointments
• Maintain accurate, clean data and strong follow‑through
• 2+ years inbound/outbound call center experience
• High attention to detail & disciplined work habits
• Tech savvy and comfortable navigating CRM systems
• Motivated, reliable, and excited about sales growth
