Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a high-impact Account Manager
. While many AMs prefer the easy renewals, you are the person who excels at turning around at-risk accounts, rebuilding trust, and finding the hidden growth opportunities within a complex portfolio.

In this role, you won't just be "checking in." You will build strategic action plans to stop churn in its tracks and demonstrate the long-term value of our platform to stakeholders who may have lost their way.

This is an on-site position in Allen, Tx

Its not a sales role, if you're in a sales role but want to pivot to client engagement, this is your opportunity.

• Portfolio Recovery: Take ownership of at-risk accounts, identifying root causes of dissatisfaction and implementing aggressive "Save" plans.
• Action Planning: Build and execute detailed success roadmaps that align our software’s capabilities with the client’s evolving business goals.
• Proactiveness: Identifying at-risk clients or low usage clients. Proactively reaching out to them to fix an issue before it becomes a problem
• Expansion Revenue: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to increase total contract value (TCV).
• Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, feeding critical insights back to Product and Engineering to prevent future churn.
