Founder’s Associate and Sales Coordinator (f/m/d)

Position located in Dallas, TX, USA. In‑office role working closely with the CEO.

8tree is a global leader in AR‑enabled 3D precision surface inspection tools for aerospace, aviation, and wind‑turbine blade companies.

• Lead end‑to‑end cross‑functional projects across sales, HR, operations, legal, etc.
• Provide executive support: proactively handle tasks from the CEO and manage ad‑hoc requests.
• Vendor & partner management: onboarding, contract compliance, and relationship follow‑up.
• Sales duties: coordinate personalized follow‑ups, support demos/webinars, maintain pipeline in Hub Spot CRM, and manage the sales tech stack.
• Develop and maintain sales playbooks, templates, and process documentation.
• Implement process automation and reporting dashboards to improve sales efficiency.
• Travel to international trade shows as needed.

• US citizenship.
• 2–3 years of B2B tech or industrial sales/business development/sales operations experience with in‑person customer face‑time.
• Exceptional organizational skills and multi‑workstream management ability.
• Strong problem‑solving, hands‑on approach, and extreme attention to detail.
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written). Technical curiosity to understand and communicate complex technology.
• Analytical, structured mindset focused on process optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline (advanced degree or MBA a plus).
• Willingness to travel 25‑50 %.
