Job Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact between potential clients and our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, qualify, and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. You’ll play a key role in driving our sales pipeline by setting up valuable meetings for our Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Research and identify potential customers using various lead generation tools and techniques.
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce prospects to our products/services.
- Inbound Lead Follow-up: Engage and qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team.
- CRM Management: Accurately track and document all interactions with prospects in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine and optimize outreach strategies.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed your monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. Prior experience in a similar SDR role is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers. - Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and lead generation tools (e.g., Linked In Sales Navigator).
