About Us
Status PDR is a fast-growing Paintless Dent Repair company specializing in repairing hail-damaged vehicles. With severe weather expected in the Dallas-Fort Worth area this week, we are expanding our team and looking for motivated sales representatives to help identify and connect with vehicle owners who have hail damage.
Position Overview
We are hiring outgoing, motivated individuals to help us locate hail-damaged vehicles and connect those owners with our repair services. This is a great opportunity to earn strong commissions during storm season while working flexible hours.
Responsibilities
* Identify and approach owners of hail-damaged vehicles in the DFW area
* Educate vehicle owners about paintless dent repair and our services
* Collect customer information and schedule inspections or repairs
* Work storm-affected neighborhoods, parking lots, and high-traffic areas
* Maintain a positive, professional representation of the Status PDR brand
* Track leads and follow up with potential customers
Qualifications
* Strong communication and people skills
* Self-motivated and comfortable approaching new people
* Sales experience is a plus but not required
* Must be reliable and able to work outdoors
* Valid driver's license and transportation preferred
Compensation
* Hourly base pay
