What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals and achieve regional sales quotas
- Direct sales forecasting activities and ensure team accountability using CRM tools
- Lead and motivate field sales personnel, providing training and conducting regular field visits
- Remove barriers to success and ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Monitor and coach the sales team to exceed business targets and build sustainable customer relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in medical sales
- At least 2 years of experience managing a national field sales team
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong goal-setting and implementation skills with a proven track record
- Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and sales tracking database systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience optimizing the use of CRM systems and Power BI dashboards
- Excellent presentation creation and delivery skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
