Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an Outside Sales Specialist at ADCO Stone & Interiors in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The specialist will be responsible for field service, customer service, sales, and account management to drive business growth and maintain customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers.
- Demonstrate effective sales techniques in the areas of engagement, determining needs, overcoming objections, adding on and closing the sale.
- Extensive travel is required for client visits and business development.
- Coordinate all marketing materials, including loose samples, binders, and brochures needed.
- Experience in the multifamily industry is a plus
- Field Service, Sales, and Account Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales and account management
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales
