DFW Who we are looking for
A driven sales professional who is ready to help grow and scale our group ticket and private events business vertical in partnership with senior leadership. This role will collaborate closely on go-to-market planning and strategic priorities, while taking primary responsibility for executing initiatives that drive revenue and build sustainable external partnerships.
We’re looking for someone with hands‑on experience activating and managing partnerships that generate sales, along with a proven ability to support and deploy effective sales campaigns that reach the right audiences and convert.
The ideal candidate is proactive, team‑oriented, and comfortable balancing strategy discussions with tactical execution. You should be willing to roll up your sleeves and contribute wherever needed as we bring a special theme park experience to life for families across Dallas‑Fort Worth.
The deliverables you will be tasked with- Leading the execution of a comprehensive strategy related to the prioritization, activation, and maintenance of external partnerships including destination management companies, destination marketing organizations, tour operators, resellers, neighboring organizations, and other critical stakeholders.
- Developing and delivering effective campaign calendars and corresponding sales strategies that directly target and convert key audiences.
- Provide servant style leadership to an Account Executive level direct report tasked with efficiently executing direct outreach (cold contacting) and participating in community engagement events.
- Partnering with our design team on identifying necessary sales collateral that can be used as tools to help convert target audiences.
- Develop a reporting dashboard that keeps senior leadership informed on the efficacy of sales channels and areas of opportunity.
- Other duties as assigned (as mentioned, we operate in an entrepreneurial atmosphere!)
- Revenue and unit sales across group tickets and private events.
- Number of activated sales partners and associated sales channel effectiveness.
- Direct outreach volume and conversion rates.
- Being a supportive teammate and servant leader to your direct report.
