As a Strategic Platform Consultant, you will be a key sales contributor responsible for educating, training, and motivating financial intermediaries to drive asset growth and retention for Capital Group. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, applies a consultative and challenger‑based sales approach, and leverages data, relationships, and strategic planning to deliver results across an assigned territory.
Territory: Dallas

Drives sales results by cultivating strategic partnerships with financial intermediaries, including TAMP, Insurance, and division leadership
Acts as a versatile “utility player,” coordinating with sales leaders and associates to capitalize on high‑growth opportunities
Apply consultative and challenger sales techniques to identify intermediary needs, introduce innovative solutions, and clearly articulate NACG’s competitive value
Collaborates cross‑functionally with Wealth Management, Strategic Relationship Group, and Insurance teams to deliver aligned sales outcomes
Develops and executes data‑driven business plans that support sales growth, asset retention, and territory optimization
Builds strong internal and external relationships, identifies cross‑selling opportunities, and fosters collaboration across divisions
Demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement through ongoing skills development, sales effectiveness refinement, and required licensing
Licensing and Designations:
RICP Designation (Preferred but not required)
CFP Designation (Preferred but not required)

Capital Group is required by state specific laws to include the salary for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The base salary for this role is $150-200K + applicable sales bonuses. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
