Account Executives

North Star Staffing Solutions, Inc. is looking to add 5 Account Executives.

• Initiate and qualify leads in B2B /C2C environment
• Identify and understand our solutions and how they align with potential clients and their needs
• Ability to provide consistent and professional follow up, communication and presentations skills
• Execute full life cycle solution selling strategy to deliver happy clients on a regular basis
• Offer our staffing services starting at $4 per hour.
• Meet or exceed all activity goals in order to deliver results

• Hunter personality with consultative selling style and solid, consistent track record of closing
• Need the Cold Call Cowboy to make an impact on our team
• Problem solving skills in order to envision solutions for the client and determine if our solutions will meet or exceed their needs, now or in the future
• Excellent presentation, writing and organizational skills with confident, professional image; detail oriented, positive attitude
• Ability to find and develop leads to build pipeline
• Ability to accurately project monthly and quarterly sales forecasting
• Must have a coachable mentality
• Driven to exceed sales goals and annual quota
• Self reliant team player
