Role Overview

This role is designed for a sharp, ambitious, early‑career sales professional who thrives on opening new doors and building relationships from scratch. You’ll focus exclusively on new logo acquisition
, selling IT services—including digital engineering, cloud, data, and managed services—to mid‑market and enterprise clients across the Dallas–Fort Worth region and the broader US market.

You’ll work closely with senior sales leaders and solution architects, gaining exposure to complex enterprise sales cycles while owning your own territory and quota.

Job Title:

Business Development Executive (New Logo Hunter) – IT Services

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new clients through outbound outreach, networking, events, and partner channels.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across target industries such as healthcare, retail, manufacturing, BFSI, logistics, and technology.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position relevant IT service offerings.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with pre‑sales and delivery teams to create proposals, SOWs, and client‑specific solution narratives.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in CRM systems.
Client Engagement
  • Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Directors of IT, Procurement leaders, and business stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums across Texas.
  • Ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams and maintain early‑stage client satisfaction.
  • Track industry trends, competitor offerings, pricing models, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide insights to leadership on market opportunities and customer pain points.
Required Qualifications
  • MBA with 2–4 years of post‑MBA experience in business development, sales, or client‑facing roles.
  • Exposure to selling IT services
    , digital transformation, cloud, data, or technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build relationships, and manage early‑stage sales cycles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling into the US market, especially mid‑market or enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with offshore/nearshore delivery models.
  • Existing network in the Dallas–Fort Worth technology ecosystem.
  • Understanding of industries such as healthcare, fintech, retail, or manufacturing.

  • Number of new logos added per quarter
