We are seeking an experienced Resinous Flooring Sales & Estimator to join our team in Dallas, TX. This full‑time position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in commercial or industrial flooring systems. The role focuses on providing accurate cost estimates, recommending optimal resinous flooring solutions, and supporting sales initiatives to drive business growth in the Dallas market. Candidates should have prior experience in flooring sales or estimating and be ready to take on a client‑facing, detail‑oriented role in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct on‑site assessments to evaluate flooring requirements and project conditions in Dallas.
- Prepare precise cost estimates for commercial and industrial resinous flooring projects, including epoxy, urethane, and other specialized coatings.
- Recommend suitable flooring systems based on project specifications, performance expectations, and client requirements.
- Develop and submit competitive proposals and bids to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with sales and project teams to ensure estimates are accurate and aligned with project goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and architects throughout Dallas and surrounding areas.
- Monitor project budgets, track costs, and provide detailed reporting to management.
- Support business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Proven experience in resinous flooring sales or estimating with a commercial/industrial focus.
- Deep knowledge of resinous flooring materials, applications, and industry standards.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites in Dallas.
