Customer Account Specialist

This specific role begins with four 6–9-month rotations through various groups within Sales Operations, becoming an expert in multiple processes and core competencies within Sales Operations. Partnering with internal Field Sales team members and their assigned customer base. Work directly with internal and external customers with responsibilities including pricing, samples, critical part tracking, and data analytics. Communication skills highly critical as this position could require being an active participant and/or leading meetings with customers and presentations.

Potential for necessary travel to customers. Support Global Account Managers and Customer Account Specialists who handle our largest customers by assisting with reporting, data analysis, critical part tracking, and samples, among other responsibilities. Like the Priority Broad Market rotation, communication and organizational skills are highly critical as this position could require being an active participant in meetings with ADIs largest  this role, you’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with internal partners to support ADI’s customer base.

** - Highly organized and detail-oriented with outstanding follow-through skills
- Must have outstanding written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently

Ability to perform professionally under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
- High discipline, taking ownership, self-motivated with the ability to execute under minimal supervision
